Fragaria x ananassa ‘Hood' - Hood Strawberry (June bearing)

Hood strawberries are one of the best for the PNW. They produce a hefty crop of large sweet red strawberries in June. Plants will quickly spread in sunny spots that are moist but well drained. Afternoon shade can help protect plants from heatwave.
